Apple may not be planning to release a mini-LED 11-inch iPad Pro this year, according to Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants.
Young recently predicted that Apple has begun production on a 27-inch mini-LED display for release in June. Unfortunately, his sources also say that the 11-inch iPad Pro will not get a mini-LED display in 2022.
Panel production has started for the new 27" MiniLED display to launch mid year. Assuming it will be called Studio Display Pro…I have insight on the 12.9" MiniLED iPad Pro as well. It is doing really well. They don't need to do one at 11". Don't expect it this year.
